Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "IXIA traffic stops running after first iteration"
  - IXIA traffic stops running after first iteration

    IXIA traffic stops running after first iteration when
    traffic profile duration is set to 60 sec.
