Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'stable/gambia'
  - Remove snaps ansible test cases

    They can't work vs all OPFV scenarios (MTU doesn't conform with Geneve)
    and are deprecated. Updating snaps commit id [1] breaks all gates
    closed to Gambia release.
