Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Fix Cirros image name in CI script"
  - Fix Cirros image name in CI script

    Fixed the name of Cirros image used in OpenStack. The image name
    is written in lowercase letters.
