Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "remove apex lake tc007 from test suites"
  - remove apex lake tc007 from test suites

    fixes opnfv_os-nosdn-fdio-noha_daily.yaml failures due
    to missing testcase
