Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  to e04d757f96d6e4f89544be7e985424842ae458b3
  - Merge "Remove Octopus View"
  - Remove Octopus View

    This was added back in March when a lot of views were automated. As
    octopus is an archived projects, this view isn't needed.
