add test result: compass_os_nosdn_nofeature_ha

Reference to PerH's patch, modify the real value of
every test case, and add two more test cases about ipv6 and parser.
All scenario TCs included, except TC011 which has had an InfluxDB
population problem. this is now solved but too late to run with scenario
in R2 release time frame
