Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sfc from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Bug fix: Use opnfv.logger object

    JIRA: SFC-125

    If we don't use the opnfv.logger from functest, logs are not printed when
    exeucting tests through the functest framework
