Copy gitinfo.txt to the root of the Fuel master

The gitinfo.txt file contains the SHA1 of all upstream repos
used during the build of the install ISO (including the OPNFV
Fuel repo as well). Move these to the root directory of the
nstalled Fuel master as well for easy reference.
