Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/armband from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - Merge "ci/deploy.sh: Drop local_env support" into stable/euphrates
  - ci/deploy.sh: Drop local_env support

    While at it, fix shellcheck warnings in deploy wrapper.
