Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Run all daily testcases if CI_LOOP is unset

    Then CI_LOOP is no longer mandatory and it bypasses the current
    jenkins jobs's issue [1][2][3].
