Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - Modefy configuration for refstack_defcore

    1. set the log level debug to true
    2. add oslo_middleware enable_proxy_headers_parsing: True
       in cinder.conf
