Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Cleanup functest jobs"
  - Cleanup functest jobs

    Remove unnecessary arm-daily testsuite

    arm-daily does not require special builder or parameter
    changes
    Increase job-timeout to fit both architectures
