Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Revert functest-daily-jobs.yml again"
  - Revert functest-daily-jobs.yml again

    Switching to multijob forces to increase executors which is too risky
    so closed to the release.

    It basically reverts the previous functest-daily-jobs.yml [1].
