Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Set same dependencies for all vping test cases

    It allows a fair comparison between odl and nosdn scenarios.
    Gluon could also be safely removed as scenario filter.
