Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/fuel from branch 'master'
  - Merge "[centos jump] Add more missing required packages"
  - [centos jump] Add more missing required packages

    - gcc is required for NBD kernel module build;
    - gdisk is required for resizing rootfs in nbd-mounted chroot;
