Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Support https when testing ODL"
  - Support https when testing ODL

    It conforms with the last change on ODL tests [1].
    Neutron endpoint is passed via robot args instead of Neutron ip.
    Keystone url (based on OS_AUTH_URL) is passed too to replace Keystone
    ip.
