  - Merge "deploy: templates: Fuel VM for Enea Armband lab" into stable/colorado
  - deploy: templates: Fuel VM for Enea Armband lab

    This is the initial VM description fit for spawning Fuel Master
    VMs in Enea's Pharos lab (Armband lab) [1, 2].
