Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  to da2c360e74aa1be43f1d760f7f28f8ffdb571a16
  - Merge "Passing $WORKSPACE to build-image.sh"
  - Passing $WORKSPACE to build-image.sh

    build-image.sh has changed to take a new parameter: the cache directory
    that will be passed to disk-image-create. We are now passing $WORKSPACE
    as a parameter using the -w option.
