Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/dovetail from branch 'master'
  - Remove deprecated ONAP lifecycle test case

    This patch removes the ONAP lifecycle deprecated test case.
    Furthermore, it clears helper functions as well as unwanted
    configuration.
