Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Stop time.sleep mocks in unit tests

    tVpeApproxVnf and TestProxSocketHelper classes mock "time.sleep" in
    the setUp method without deleting it at the end of the test execution.
