Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vswitchperf from branch 'master'
  - Merge "opnfvresultdb: Update data reported to result DB"
  - opnfvresultdb: Update data reported to result DB

    Data reported to result DB were updated to comply
    with recent API version and requirements.
