Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/pharos from branch 'master'
  - Merge "arm-pod7: add new PDF and IDF files"
  - arm-pod7: add new PDF and IDF files

    - net_config is moved to IDF file;
    - rename 'disk' to 'disks';
    - add 'name: nicN' to interface;
    - add 'disk_rotation: 0' for ssd drivers;
