Chmod 755 all py files which can be executed

Chmod 755 all py files which can be executed

All files where __main__ is checked can now be executed by everyone.
It results from [1] like the next commit [2].

[1] find . -name "*.py" |xargs grep __main__ |cut -d\: -f 1 |xargs chmod 755
