Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - Add default value for offline deploy switch

    JIRA: COMPASS-563

    The switch controls offline deploy missing
    default value which cause passing a empty
    value into ansible and lead to condition
    check error
