Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - add support of dpdk for bottlenecks_ping

    This patch is supposed to be coordinated with
    https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/59901
    to support dpdk scenario for Bottlenecks
