Delete 2 sub test cases from patrole

These 2 test cases failed on OSP10 with reasons
1. Provided object does not match schema 'image': u'shared'
   is not one of ['public', 'private']
2. Provided object does not match schema 'image': u'community'
   is not one of ['public', 'private']

'shared' and 'community' was added in the Image API v2.5
