* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - spec: create k8-calico-onap scenario

    Spec file for the addition of a new XCI scenario which deploys Open
    Networking Automation Platform (ONAP) on top Kubernetes deployment
    through ONAP Operations Manager (OOM) tool.
