Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Move tests: unit/orchestrator/"
  - Move tests: unit/orchestrator/

    * Fix pylint errors
    * Add notes where additional action is needed.

    Some errors are ignored locally, as they were a symptom of other problems.
    These issues have been flagged for follow-up, and should be fixed later.
