Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'master'
  - Merge "stor4nfv: install ceph-ansible requirements"
  - stor4nfv: install ceph-ansible requirements

    Latest ceph-ansible deployment failed due to missing python-notario
    package. This patch is to install all ceph-ansible required packages.
