Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - [Bug fix] Execute teardown if SLA is set to "assert"

    In Duration runner if SLA is set to "assert" and a SLAValidationError
    happens then a teardown is needed to avoid garbages in the environment.
