Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/daisy from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - Use virsh reset instead of reboot

    Sometimes the VMs do not reboot when using "virsh reboot".
    The virtual depoyment CI jobs failed recently.
