Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/barometer from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Disable lvm plugin build"
  - Disable lvm plugin build

    JIRA: BAROMETER-103

    The lvm plugin will not build due to a deprecated library.  This
    patch will disable the building of the plugin until upstream collectd
    can correct the issue.  Collectd issue #2820
