Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Fix "Broken pipe" IOErrors of rally run"
  - Fix "Broken pipe" IOErrors of rally run

    Replace obsolete os.popen with subprocess module usage in command
    output retrieval. Do not use shell as the program to execute.
