Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Merge "Cleanup TestYardstickNSCli class" into stable/fraser
  - Cleanup TestYardstickNSCli class

    Remove the console output during the test execution. Refactor the
    "parse_arguments" test case.
