Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/gambia'
  - Merge "Add Testcase for Prox Standalone SRIOV." into stable/gambia
  - Add Testcase for Prox Standalone SRIOV.

    No sample testcase for prox SRIOV standalone.

    Renamed pod file so that other prox testcases can use this file
