Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Merge "Replace cinder create volume with shade client." into stable/fraser
  - Replace cinder create volume with shade client.

    Adds get_volume function.
    Function create volume now uses shade client.

    JIRA: YARDSTICK-891
