+Annapurna Labs Alpine Platform Device Tree Bindings

+Boards in the Alpine family shall have the following properties:
+
+* Required root node properties:
+compatible: must contain "al,alpine"
+
+* Example:
+

+* CPU node:
+
+The Alpine platform includes cortex-a15 cores.
