  20 :Abstract: Promise is an OPNFV requirement project. Its objective is to realize
  21            ETSI NFV defined resource reservation and NFVI capacity features
  22            within the scope of OPNFV. Promise provides the details of the
  23            requirements on resource reservation, NFVI capacity management at
  24            VIM, specification of the northbound interfaces from VIM relevant to
  25            these features, and implementation plan to realize these features in
  26            OPNFV.
