  23 :Abstract: Promise is an OPNFV requirement project. Its objective is to realize
  24            ETSI NFV defined resource reservation and NFVI capacity features
  25            within the scope of OPNFV. Promise provides the details of the
  26            requirements on resource reservation, NFVI capacity management at
  27            VIM, specification of the northbound interfaces from VIM relevant to
  28            these features, and implementation plan to realize these features in
  29            OPNFV.
