   1 This tree contains additional configuration which happens "pre deployment",
   2 e.g before the OpenStack services themselves are configured but after the
   3 nodes themselves have been provisioned and initially configured.

   5 Typically for puppet deployments these additional configs will put in place
   6 hieradata which is then consumed by the subsequent puppet configuration
   7 which occurs during the post-deployment phase.

   9 If you need to specify multiple configs, you can chain them together in a
  10 template, see the multiple.yaml example:
